   It also make the System-requesters smarter/better-feeling.
    Comes with a patch to use it when ever a program calls either
    ARP.library,  ASL.library,  Intuition.library or  Req.library.
    ReqTools also support the new Locale-system from 2.1+.
    The requesters can be fully user-configurated via a Prefs-editor
   to put in the Prefs-Drawer.
    Versions for System software v1.3 and v2.xx.
